You do not know how big organisation works, some leaders are very important and integral to how terrorist organisation works, Nasrallah has been leader for over 30 plus years, you think it is easy to replace such a charismatic leader.

Osama Bin Laden leader of Al Qaeda was killed and since his demise his organisation has not be able to recover that prestige it once had. Same can said of
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi the former clipah of isis.
