Lols, exactly what a relative of mine told my dad some years ago, I think in 2012, when my dad took my elder brother to his house to seek for help in entering Police Academy. That my relative told him blatantly that if my brother enters now, he will rise in rank and be higher than him. Imagine! That relative never helped my brother and that's how he lost entry into the academy. Today, that my relative is dead, his first child just wrote his Jss3 exam. His wife is a provision seller somewhere in Benin and the kids most times need help financially.

In life, whenever we have opportunities, let's not retract it, rather, lets give it to the available, even if the available is your relative, friend or even a stranger. The person you help today may be of help to you tomorrow, either directly or indirectly. In all, let humanity speak to all.

I just imagined if my elder bro was assisted by this man then, he will never forget the family. People have helped us in this life and I know the extent to which we can go for them when they need us, not financially but in other ways.

NB; it's not like the daughter and the nephew graduated at the same time and the man had only one job slot and has to choose between his daughter and his nephew who to help. That's a different scenario all together and u know the answer to everyone in that instance.
The guy graduated years from his tone I can suspect 4to5 years b4 the daughter, approached the uncle and he promised to help. Subsequently for years the uncle kept telling him he has not forgotten him. Then boom his own daughter graduated many years later and in few months he could get her a job. It won't affect your salary, the only thing that can stop your salary if your thumbprint is not properly captured on IPPIS machine, I know plenty guys that has mismatch DOB and they are still paid, cos they want to reduce there age, IPPIS only work with declaration of age or birth certificate, But your original DOB in your NIN will be the one that will appear in your pension and when you change the DOB on NIN it will change automatically in pension platform

There's high tendency it will. Name and date of birth mismatch between your bank and IPPIS might bounce the salary back into CBN coffers until it is resolved and you reapply through your MDA. Check the FAQ page on the IPPIS website.

FAAC Shares N907.054 Billion June 2023 Revenue To FG, States And LGA

The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) has shared the sum of 907.054 billion naira June 2023 Federation Account Revenue to the Federal Government, States and Local Government Councils.


Naija News reports that this was contained in a communiqué issued at the end of the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) meeting for July 2023.

The meeting was chaired by the Accountant General of the Federation, Dr. Oluwatoyin Madein.


The total distributable revenue comprised distributable statutory revenue of 301.501 billion Naira, distributable Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue of 273.225 billion Naira, Electronic Money Transfer Levy (EMTL) revenue of 11.436 billion Naira and Exchange Difference revenue of 320.892 billion Naira.

The balance in the Excess Crude Account (ECA) was 473,754.57 Dollars.


The communiqué stated that Gross statutory revenue of 1.153 trillion Naira was received for the month of June 2023, higher than the sum of 701.787 billion Naira received in the previous month by 451.134 billion Naira.

According to the communiqué signed by Bawa Mokwa Director (Press and Public Relations) office of the accountant general of the federation,Companies Income Tax (CIT) recorded tremendous increase in the month under review.

Import and Excise Duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), Oil and Gas Royalties increased significantly, while Petroleum Profit Tax (PPT) and Electronic Money Transfer Levy (EMTL) decreased considerably.

My brother, recruitment in ministry of interior is something else, even this was the fastest recruitment process from that ministry that I witness so far, I believe what kkkp said, let's hope they would sent out invites before the period elapsed from the memo they sent to the public.

But am very sure the list has been prepared before the Former minister of Interior left that office while slots would have be given to those that deserved it, as someone mentioned on the forum before that the NIS and Civil defense list has be prepared, let's just hope for the best.
