I just want to know other people's experience with this mtn fibrex broadband Internet.

I was approached by one of their agents sometime around mid January. He told me that the service is now available in my area.

After the guy explained to me how it works, I paid for the first subscription so that they can come and do the installation for me. I previously had both Airtel and Glo mifi, I subscribe both all the time cause Glo is slow in my area but has a good uptime. Airtel is kinda faster, especially when streaming, but uptime is bad. So I previously had this slow Internet problem, that's why I jumped on this fibrex without thinking twice.

Bro I've been using this thing for over a month now, I even renewed my sub 3 weeks in cos I thought maybe data didn't come with it. It only works for like 1 minute (for real) and goes off for like 30 minutes. This has been my experience from day 1.

I've called their support several times regarding the matter and they're always apologising (like I'm paying for apologies, not Internet subscription.) One day they'll say its congestion, another day they'll say they're upgrading their infrastructures.

It's just so disgusting when I go online with my Airtel/Glo subscription and one of the first ad I see on YouTube is that yellow ferrari-like car zooming off on my face, meanwhile the one I have in my house can't even outrun a tortoise. So disgusting!

I'd like to hear from other users. How's your experience with fibrex?
