hello bro, you might be experiencing a problem with the motherboard of the PC. a motherboard is the circuit board of the computer in which the other components of the PC are arranged. its kinda expensive to repair. since your PC is just a few months old. you can always return it back to where you bought it from if it came with a warranty.

download SMADAV USB antivirus. It will clear any malware on the flashdrive and restores your files back. You can google it for download links

It depends. If your PC comes with Win 7 pre-installed and then u upgrade to 8 or 8.1, it requires an activation code which you'll need to purchase. On the other hand, if it comes pre-installed with win 8, the upgrade to 8.1 is free and you can do that from the windows store.

its your antivirus program. ts detecting the steam_api.dll file as a virus and its deleting it. switch off your antivirus and copy the whole game again. it should work that way.

you'll need an external hard drive for that or maybe partition your PC HDD to store the files you want to backup. You can Google how to partition your PC HDD

right click on your desktop. You'll see view. Expand it. There should be an option for show desktop icons. Click it. I hope that works for you.

Hello, please I need your help.
After I finish installing mtn f@stlink on my pc(windows 8.0 ), I noticed that each time I plug in my modem and its connected, Immediately am about to open a browser then this statement keep popping up;
"Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you." Its blue in color.
It started since saturday and I have waited for it to restart itself but to no avail. I have switched it off, removed d battery and den it started to work again .
But note: I still can't browse with my pc cos the same stuff keeps popping up each time I try to connect.
I will be grateful if this issue can be resolved. God bless you.

hi, the modem driver is probably not compatible with the windows 8 OS, the blue screen appears anytime an incompatible driver is being installed. Try uninstalling it then reinstall d mtn fastlink in windows 7 compatible mode.
