If this man is this brutish and arrogant while seeking election, then Nigerians should imagine what will happen to them if he forces himself on them for a second term. |
seunmsg:Power they will get. If Tinubu really loves the South, he should step down for a SE candidate. He who comes to Equity, must come with clean hands. Sai Atiku/Obi! |
Those Generals and thousands of our service men died in vain. Looks like it's more rewarding to be a terrorist than a Soldier under Tinubu. |
Atiku/Obi is the surest ticket. Will be forced to agree with Okonkwo if Obi jumps ship after primaries Only a united oppposition can oust the Tyrant. |
nairalanda1:You are a known Government Apologists, so no one takes your opinion serious here. There's no provision for Subsidy in the budget, but there's one to continue funding the lavish lifestyle of the politicians. Find your way close to a Governor, to see first hand how much these guys spend in a week. Not even talking of Tinubu, that moves in a convoy of over 50 Cars. To you, Nigerians dont deserve freebies, while the Political Class deserve all the Luxury. |
nairalanda1:This isnt just Nigeria as you say, but what has the Government done to ease these shocks on its citizens. No Tax Cuts, No Increase in Wage, No Subsidies, NOTHING!! |
No go better for anybody supporting APC. A Nigerian earning 70k minimum wage has to save 3 Months Salary, just to fly one way from Abuja to Lagos. |
BATified2023:More like na Obi Kill Mohammed for one of his numerous Jihads, before Zaynab and Aisha help am fininsh the Job with better Poison. |
If I have woken up to the reality as an Obidient, that only Atiku/Obi can trounce Tinubu, others too should wake up. Any other Combo and Tinubu will be smiling to 2031. We will be here. |
Akinsuyi a Yoruba man is the writer of this useless epistle. Just as their Lord and Saviour used Buhari to sack Jonathan a Southerner, same way will Obidients join hands with Atiku to Roast Tinubu on election day. Rotational Presidency narrative wont fly, so make una find another story. The reality of an Atiku/Obi de really give these guys sleepless nights. |
Kobicove:You can shove its the turn of the South down you know where. It wasnt the turn of the South when Yoruba backed Buhari to sack a Southerner. |
Houseontherock1:Obi/Kwankwaso will not win even Kano State. No need going into details. The Only Combo that rattles the Agbados is Atiku/Obi. |
This Bwala is the Most Useless Man Ever. At least the shameless Reno has never called out Atiku his former Boss, despite his buffoonery. Why we desperately need Obi to team up with Atiku to bundle these criminals out of Aso Rock. |
How One Stranger carry this people Handicap for decades needs to be studied |
This picture will send someone back to France in the coming days. |
LegendHero:At least Obi will negotiate a huge chunk for his people before he agrees to deputize Atiku. Certain, Igbos you call minority will prefare the VP position to the ordinary Deputy Speaker Position Tinubu gave them. |
LegendHero:Oga, their Government wont be like that of Tinubu and Kashim, where the later has been relegated to a House Boy! Agreements and sacrifices has been agreed on in order to boot the despot. |
LegendHero:Add all Obidients, Kwankwasiya's , CPC Bloc to the Original Atikulators and it's clear why you guys are Shitting in your Panties. Btw, Its the turn of a Southerner wont Fly. ![]() |
Atiku is the Next President, with Obi as Vice. Buhari became President with his last attempt, after conniving with Yoruba to send a Southerner Packing. Atiku about to use same script and send a Yoruba Packing. Talk about De Ja Vu! |
Make una de play! Where's NJC when you need them? |
Lithiumite:At least its no longer two people tweeting in a room. If two people tweeting in a room resulted to over 6 Million votes, guess how many votes 10 people shouting Obi/Kwankwaso will produce. ![]() |
Tinubu has come to steal, kill and destroy Nigeria. He Must be sent Packing next year. |
That Tinubu and APC are scared of ADC is the worst kept secret. |
Dagger straight to the heart of Escobar and his Boys |
Speaking at campaign venues is not an interview, but serve same purpose. El Rufai will burn the House he helped build for Tinubu. |
UPDATE: El-Rufai Granted N200Million Bail By Federal High Court, Barred From Media Interviews As Kaduna Court Adjourns Bail Hearing. The court, presided over by Justice Rilwan Aikawa, witnessed restricted movement around its premises, with security operatives stationed at strategic points to maintain order. Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has been granted bail by the Federal High Court sitting in Kaduna, while a separate bail application before the Kaduna State High Court has been adjourned to April 21, 2026. Two separate court sittings held on Tuesday in Kaduna, one at the Federal High Court and another at the Kaduna State High Court, both involving bail proceedings relating to El-Rufai. At the Federal High Court, the former governor was granted bail, while the State High Court adjourned its own hearing on the bail application to April 21, 2026. Details of the bail conditions granted by the Federal High Court include a ₦200 million bail bond with two sureties. One of the sureties is required to provide a Certificate of Occupancy for landed property, while the other must be a respected elder in Kaduna State, verified by the Kaduna State Council of Elders. The court also ordered that El-Rufai and his counsel must not grant interviews pending the conclusion of the trial. In addition, he is to report to the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) on the first day of every month and deposit his passport with the court. Meanwhile, proceedings at the Kaduna State High Court did not conclude on Tuesday as the matter was adjourned to April 21, 2026. There was a heavy security presence at the Federal High Court in Kaduna on Tuesday as El-Rufai appeared for the ruling on his bail application. The court, presided over by Justice Rilwan Aikawa, witnessed restricted movement around its premises, with security operatives stationed at strategic points to maintain order. The court had fixed Tuesday for the ruling on El-Rufai’s bail application in connection with the new charges against him. Earlier, El-Rufai had appeared before the Kaduna State High Court at about 9:00 a.m., which was his first point of call for the day. However, proceedings did not progress as expected, as the presiding judge, Justice Darius Khobo, adjourned ruling on the bail application to April 21. The ICPC on Monday arraigned El-Rufai before Justice Darius Khobo of the Kaduna State High Court 5 on a nine-count charge bordering on alleged advance fee fraud and money laundering. The arraignment, which took place on Monday, followed an amendment of the original charge filed by the Commission. ICPC prosecution counsel, Dr. Osuobeni Ekoi Akponimisingha, told the court that the amended charge now separates the previously joint case involving El-Rufai and his co-defendant, Amadu Sule. According to the ICPC, the amendment became necessary due to the continued absence of the second defendant, Amadu Sule, who was reported to be unavailable in court on account of a medical condition. Following the development, the court granted the application for amendment, allowing the prosecution to proceed with the arraignment of El-Rufai independent of the second defendant. Mallam El-Rufai was subsequently arraigned on nine amended charges which allege various infractions under the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act 2000, Advance Fee Fraud and Other Related Offences Act, 2006, Kaduna State Penal Code, 2017, and Kaduna State Public Procurement Law, 2017. Upon the reading of the charges, the immediate past governor of Kaduna State pleaded not guilty to all nine charges. https://saharareporters.com/2026/04/14/update-el-rufai-granted-n200million-bail-federal-high-court-barred-media-interviews

By Bayo Wahab The planned national convention of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has suffered a setback after the proprietor of Rainbow Event Centre in Abuja withdrew permission for the party to use the facility. The development was disclosed on Monday night by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, via his X account. According to Abdullahi, the venue owner cited pressure from the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, as the reason for the decision. “After paying all the fees required, setting up for our convention tomorrow, the owner of Rainbow Event Centre has just informed us that he has come under pressure from the FCDA and Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike, that if he allows the ADC the use of his facilities, his licence will be revoked,” Abdullahi said. He added that the party had already formalised its agreement with the venue but would proceed with its plans regardless of the development. “But we have already signed the contract with him. We will hold our convention tomorrow as planned at the Rainbow event centre. We will not bow to this creeping tyranny. And definitely not to this petty tyrant. ADC is rising, Nigeria is rising,” he said. Earlier on Monday, the party had announced that it secured the Rainbow Event Centre as the venue for its convention after authorities in the Federal Capital Territory declined its request to use Eagle Square and the Moshood Abiola National Stadium Velodrome. The ADC described the Abuja venue as central and accessible, noting that it would accommodate delegates and stakeholders from across the country. He also clarified that the stadium is under the control of the National Sports Commission, not the FCT Administration. The latest development comes amid a leadership crisis within the ADC, following the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to withdraw recognition of the David Mark-led faction based on a Court of Appeal ruling. As the party moves ahead with its convention plans, the Supreme Court of Nigeria is expected to hear an appeal filed by David Mark seeking to halt the execution of the appellate court judgment. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2026/04/convention-setback-for-adc-as-event-centre-proprietor-withdraws-permission-to-use-facility/ |
