Thanks bro, we tried our best. Though the man was twisting and turning us but I think with the help of God we were able to convince him.

Yes, I did the group interview on Tuesday and got the msg for the final stage on wednesday.

We were given a list of papers with different cars and their properties, but we are ask to sell avance(that the name of the car we are asked to sell), we simply compare our own car weakness and strengths to the others and tried convince the buyer as much as we can and we were asked to sugest one other features we would like to add, I came up with home delivery but we spoke within us and choose providing the cars documents within three weeks of purchasing.

Through with the 2nd stage, we were asked to market a car.

The group interview will be cool, just that you need to show creativity and how to solve problem.

You will be given a paper which you will contain the features of a product.

For example fridge, you will be told to go 10x so much, it really helpthrough the paper and then work as a team to market the product.

Note: please don't criticize anybody, and always welcome ideas.

You will have to convert the features to benefit to market it. You only talk about the strength of the product, you will have to also go through your competitor's features.

You must speak fluent and carry others along.
If you are told to add one to the product features, I will advise you to be the first person to come up with the feature of

1. Repair after sales or
2. Home delivering

Always contribute and also be a listening person. Make sure you contributions make sense. I will give you the last interview hint after this.

37k for start, after 6 month you get 40k.

The selection last for 2wks.
Test, group interview, one on one interview.

The test is simple.

In fact the coy recruit every 4months for loan and deposit officers. You can commission if u are in these two dept bt u can change to bank teller if u wish which no commission is attached to.

I base in lagos and I couldn't leave lagos for that small pay. I hope this help
