Try writing it on infinix Facebook page or any of infinix social media address you are sure that there will be replies or sell the phone to engineers,carlcare can frustrate someone especially if you hear come back in 2 or 3 weeks time

to make things clearer the update was done in carlcare center so I hope the recovery you are talking about is not cwmr because I haven't rooted the phone and no cwmr ported yet,I don't want to brick somebody's device

copy out ur imei and revert back to android imei,if you changed the font revert it back,if you rooted the phone unroot it first
