And from what i have seen the court has always been on their side.

Stop worrying the court has no power to overule a state law only the supreme court can.Nothing will happen to those ballots.

I read that a federal judge cannot overule a state court the Texas supreme court already supported drive thru voting.It is an administrative law and the Texas secetary of state is backing Harris county.The court has no hand in deciding that law.It won't work these people are just panicking unneceassarily the Gop judge won't even favour them they have no case here.I am glad the democrats are involved


Also why are they challenging it now?Harris county announced for months that they would do curbside voting the stupid Gop did not challenge it,they tried to stop early voting from beginning in the 13th they failed,they challenged drive through voting in the appeals and supreme court they failed now they are going to a federal judge that has no power to overule the Texas supreme court these people are failures the judge won't do that the outrage this would spark he knows it.This case will be thrown out by monday.The Gop has no logical.argument for a party that thinks they will win Texas they are filing lawsuits to suppress votes lol their plan is now open that many are enraged and heading to the polls

In Bush vs Gore, it was late absentee ballot that was counted helped Bush overtake Gore in Florida, American votes are still counted days after election, but this orange man and his party continue to make it look like its alien to the system
