After top up, I sent them message on Twitter no reply till today. Even email no reply. For me I will suggest people forget ntel for now. They have finally parked.

have finally activated my 5k one month night plan, after calls to their customer care n sending messages to their Twitter handle with no replies., I just went to one of their outlet, explained to the lady, she just sent my complain via email to NTEL, before 24hrs my subscription was activated..,

Good day, I don't know if am the only one facing this problem, I subscribed for NTEL ONE MONTH NIGHT PLAN (5k) on the 16th of this month., And till this very day av not used it., Av called all the Ntel staff I know, none could solve it, I even tried the NTEL customer care., Mhen those people just zaaaap my mtn 200h without even picking the calls., Please if any of u av a valid NTEL staff I can call and get this thing solve, I will be soooooo glad..,
