If you mean this was a dream then I'm even more confused because I dream a lot but for the first time this didn't feel like a dream. It felt real. Like I was there for real. When I got up after everything the feeling was just as same as the present reality even till this moment I have very clear memories of that event in my head.
It felt like a “place” somewhere I just can't decode it but when I think of it that's the answer I get from inside me. I really loved it there but when I spend too much time in places or other consciousness like this I get scared and want to be normal asap.

And this is the most unique of all so far...
Just two days ago I was lying on my bed deep in sleep at around 6-7am then something happened...
I was actually dreaming normally then I woke up from this dream...like waking up to full consciousness but I noticed that everything felt a bit different. There was this very satisfying feeling of extreme inner peace I've never felt before, I loved it,I looked out my window and all I could see was sky like night but more beautifully faded with lighter blue/white and a lot of stars and I could actually tell this was not a dream,it was real.
And I was actually looking around from the same spot, the stars were kinda grouped forming different shapes and a really uncanny ability was that from where I was I could actually zoom in to any of the grouped stars and look at them individually...I did this and zoomed in on a particular star until my eyes started to hurt from it's brightness and I took my eyes off of it and just looked up.
This was when I realized that I was somewhere else cos I remembered I was supposed to be in my room but how come I'm somewhere else. Immediately I started to feel myself in my room again but I was now kinda stuck between both consciousnesses. I felt myself on my bed but I could only move my waist and toes and couldn't open my eyes cos I just didn't know how to! from my waist up I couldn't even feel anything and I began to panic...so out of panic I kept moving my waist and toes and it gradually brought me back till I could shift back into my body fully and regained the ability to move and actually open my eyes for real.
I jumped up instantly cos I had just experienced the weirdest morning of my life.
I pondered on what happened throughout that day but still couldn't say a word to anyone or even understand a tad bit of anything then I remembered this thread.

This one happens to me unexpectedly too...
It's most times when I try to take a nap or just waking up or someone's moving around while I'm asleep...I can actually see the whole room without opening my eyes! Literally!! I open my eyes and I can tell exactly what has been going on just a moment before I open them. Everything or everyone and their movements just in the right place just as I saw them. I'm literally staring at everyone while I'm physically asleep with my eyes completely shut.
Now I could actually stay for longer but it always freaks me out then I can't take it I just get to open my eyes but I can't talk to anyone about this cos it'll sound like I'm a freak!
The strange part for me is that I can't initiate this consciousness willingly...it just happens!
