Every car should have a tracking device and a distress alert device.

The driver or passengers should activate distress alert by pressing a button in the face of kidnap or robbery

The security control center (police or army) should receive the distress signal , and dispatch a rescue team nearest to the scene. ( as in 911)

Let me know what you think

Hello Sir, the best solution would have been a button to press at the slightest observation and the kidnapped teleports to his or her choice location. That means you set the device up before leaving the house. There are other details in store...

Human influence could affect the complete rescue.

If this solution is possible then that problem would be completely solved.

In life always seek wise counsel lest you fall. This is the truth and a fact at the same time. Other platforms like NL has sprung up and I think one of them pay users. Not sure though but this tells of imminent danger and destruction to NL. I wish he listens to people with truthful substance relevant to sustained success on the internet. This is key. He has both the knife and the yam. Let him decide what happens and how to cut the yam. Time tells the best of stories.... Faculty Andre . That's All !!!
