Brilliant kid, but most Nigerian kids are more brilliant than this, she has been studying only mathematics since her birth unlike here where you are studying more than 7 subjects even as a kid. |
francawilson:why don't you chat with the seller on trade manager, it faster that way. Can I have the seller store name? You can send it to my mail when you PM me. |
francawilson:Okay will be expecting your PM. |
francawilson:It still 'blym4real' The watch. Tell him not to agree to the seller solution, he should escalate the dispute and you should also do the same. |

all4naija:Just checking for website, got a new update The most recent estimates using both improved theories of stellar structure and more accurate distance data from the Hubble Space Telescope give a more reasonable estimate of 14.5 billion years (with an uncertainty of plus or minus 800 million years). This makes HD 140283 the oldest known star with a well-determined age http://www.armaghplanet.com/blog/the-star-older-than-the-universe.html |
all4naija:Off point. |
all4naija:A seventh magnitude star in the constellation Libra, HD 140283 has always been seen as unusual. For more than a century astronomers have been ware of its fast motion across the sky. It is speeding through our galactic neighbourhood at a staggering 800 000 miles per hour (1 280 000 km/h). This rapid motion shows us that the star is just passing through our region of space. Currently about 190 light years from the Sun, it is endlessly circling the Galactic Core in an orbit, vast in size and duration, which carries it down through the plane of our galaxy to the halo of ancient stars that encircle the Milky Way. Halo stars are old, dating back to the formation of the Milky Way some 12.6 billion years ago. This suggests HD 140283 is an elderly star but when astronomers used their tested techniques to calculate its age they got a shocking result. HD 140283 appeared to be 16 billion years old, more than two billion years older than the rest of the cosmos (measured to be 13.78 ± 0.037 billion years old)! |
all4naija:theory predicts that the universe is only about 8 billion years old, which is billions of years younger than the age of many stars in our galaxy. |
all4naija:Most of those researches were carried out this year, if truly you are following science the way you claim to do you would realize the theory of big bang can not and will not stand the test of time because scientist are finding flaws in the theory every year and when the big bang theory is finally disproved am sure you will still believe in another theory that will be proposed by the same scientist. Have you ever witness a miracle? Do you have scientific explanation for miracle? |
all4naija:Our ideas about the history of the universe are dominated by big bang theory. But its dominance rests more on funding decisions than on the scientific method, according to Eric J Lerner, mathematician Michael Ibison of Earthtech.org, and dozens of other scientists from around the world. An Open Letter to the Scientific Community Cosmology Statement.org (Published in New Scientist, May 22-28 issue, 2004, p. 20) The big bang today relies on a growing number of hypothetical entities, things that we have never observed-- inflation, dark matter and dark energy are the most prominent examples. Without them, there would be a fatal contradiction between the observations made by astronomers and the predictions of the big bang theory. In no other field of physics would this continual recourse to new hypothetical objects be accepted as a way of bridging the gap between theory and observation. It would, at the least, RAISE SERIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VALIDITY OF THE UNDERLYING THEORY. But the big bang theory can't survive without these fudge factors. Without the hypothetical inflation field, the big bang does not predict the smooth, isotropic cosmic background radiation that is observed, because there would be no way for parts of the universe that are now more than a few degrees away in the sky to come to the same temperature and thus emit the same amount of microwave radiation. Without some kind of dark matter, unlike any that we have observed on Earth despite 20 years of experiments, big-bang theory makes contradictory predictions for the density of matter in the universe. Inflation requires a density 20 times larger than that implied by big bang nucleosynthesis, the theory's explanation of the origin of the light elements. And without dark energy, the theory predicts that the universe is only about 8 billion years old, which is billions of years younger than the age of many stars in our galaxy. What is more, the big bang theory can boast of no quantitative predictions that have subsequently been validated by observation. The successes claimed by the theory's supporters consist of its ability to retrospectively fit observations with a steadily increasing array of adjustable parameters, just as the old Earth-centred cosmology of Ptolemy needed layer upon layer of epicycles. |
stagger: Well, you are right, I know some Nigerians who make nothing less than $2000 in a month, the secret is building a good long term relationship with your clients and having a good reputation even if your charges are very high, they will still want to give you jobs because of the quality of your works, I don't do hourly job because I don't have the time. The last job I did for a uk guy, he employed 6 contractors which I was one them, is budget was $12 for each contractor, I applied with a price of $15 which he approved, I discovered the guy invited a contractor who he has been working with for long, he paid him $25 for the same job. The key is building your reputation and long term relationship with your clients. You can also help here sir. |
