He is right. Resorting to self help is illegal, but majority of house owners would rather take the law into their hands here in Nigeria. Even if the tenant refuses to pay, you can still recover your premises from him and sue him for the arrears of rent owed.

This is stupidity at its peak. The Government at any level cannot seize any property belonging to an individual or corporate body without a valid court order.

The disturbing fact is that the people carrying out this particular infringement are educated people, they have lawyers in their department, they won't ask for legal advice before giving out an instruction. It's looking like we're cursed in this country.

I played Betrayal on my java phones, but I never got pass the first level. I can't imagine what play station would be like without their exclusives.

1. Ghost of Sparta :
It was the first game in the series that I completed. I played it on the PSP at that time, and the graphics were stunning to me. The storyline was great and it was longer than I thought it would be.

2. God of war 3 : Amazing graphics. I enjoyed the boss battles.

3. Chains of Olympus :
Short and memorable.

4. God of war 2018.

5. Ragnarok.

6. God of war 2.

7. God of war 1.

8. Ascension.

I'm yet to finish Ragnarok, even though I have been trying to finish it since 2023. I find the story a little bit boring, compared to the fast paced games in the original trilogy.

Nostalgia. One of the best in the series. I'd rank it higher than God of war Ascension in terms of storyline and narration.

I bought this game ages ago and I'm finally playing it. My backlog is tired of me. I just realised that Telltale Games even shutdown and came back sef during the long time it took me to play this game. Chei!

It is an underrated gem, that's definitely sure. I played it few years ago. Although, I feel the storyline is below the quality of the TWD series.

It's going to be extremely difficult for his defence team to win this case when he's charged. This is a criminal case, not a civil case. I believe he's going to be charged with manslaughter and illegal possession of firearm, if that gun is not registered.


One could argue that he has the right to defend his property, but was his property in any form of danger when he shot the poor boy ? No.

I believe the incident happened during the day, he could have asked the boy to explain why he jumped into his property without having to shoot him.

This case is similar to what happened to Oscar Pistorius. Anyways, may the deceased rest in peace.

The beginning is a little boring, but the latter stages are pretty interesting. The storyline is short, you can finish it under 8 hours.

I do. DBH has multiple endings, you can play it countless times without getting bored of it. I'm also a big fan of Multiple options games with emotional storyline like the Walking dead series.
