As for NPF they seem more confused than I thought, on the 4th of March 2011 the Ministry of Police Affairs issued a press statement that was published in some dailies (see attached copy), exempting vehicles with factory tinted windows from any form of arrest or prosecution as those with non-factory tint were told to remove the tint as permits covering such were at that point null and void. It beats me why these guys come back in 2013 to say "No more tinted glasses on vehicles" ...robbers don't need tinted glasses to operate . . .Boko Haram drop explosives without using vehicles with tinted glasses . . .kidnappers work best with motor bikes as seen from past kidnap cases . . .how will this infamous ban make our society safer? Just another avenue for some pockets to swell! [/b]
