I really love seeing generators before giving a diagnosis i have little information here, 1. Is it shutting down and the 'low oil pressure' the shutdown message.
2. What brand of generator is it? Perkins, Cat, Cummins?
3. How many run hours from the last service date?

Having said this the following could be wrong.

1. The oil used in servicing is not the right 'grade' or black oil was used.
2. It is due for servicing.
3. Your Oil Switch is malfunctioning.
