Crap ! Being a competent employee goes beyond your grade. Most times I wonder why the firstclass genuises and the foreign degree holders can't think outside the box. The whole essence of being smart or a foreign degree holder is to deliver value in the smallest way possible- being creative. How does working in a car wash develop his skills further, mixing with college drop outs perhaps. The average grades earners that can think out of the box get jobs everyday. |
