To be sincere with you, I'm so so disappointed in you . You are an Economist (rational thinker)....you should know by now that no reasonable government all over the world would fund its education with loan .. Education is funded with aids,grants and revenue generated internally . Abi your P-man fit collect loan from bank for your Education??
Don't get me wrong o,,,he can, but he will not tell the bank manager that the loan would be used for your education. Never!!!
