Over the years man has discovered that there lies a great difference in the quality of health led by the early man and that led by the modern generation. The early man had an unrefined standard of living characterized by poor sanitation, poorly processed food, etc. the modern man on the contrary has a healthy environment, refined/processed food, treated water to utilize, good health management facilities, day to day scientific discoveries on improved living.

Suffice it to state that while the early man enjoyed longer life and better health in spite of his aforementioned constraints, the later man battles with shorter life span, cancers, and bad health. The WH-question WHY? Becomes inevitable. Does it mean that good standard of living no longer guarantees good health and long life and therefore should not be embraced?

Definitely it does when combined with those habits our fore fathers passed over to us which we dropped. Little wonder, habits like trekking (exercise), eating fresh vegetables and fruits devoid of preservatives. Its high time man went closer to nature through herbs and natural foods devoid of any preservative. Anything which alienates us from nature, alienates us from good health and long life. We are off course what we eat. According to Mike Adam, to day more than 95% of all chronic diseases are caused by:
