I will never turn my back against Wike. Wike could be very temperamental and seems to have an aggressive approach but do not forget he's a lawyer who picks his fights wisely. Wike hardly fights on the wrong side.
Fubara ran into APC for protection, Wike didn't run to Tinubu for protection, he supported Tinubu from day one when everyone else was hiding. He stood by the President gidigba during the hardest period and pulled the chestnut out of the fire.
The issue is that Fubara is a very stubborn man, he surrounds himself with enemies of Wike in Rivers State, those who did nothing for him to become Governor. Many of them sitting down with him to share dinner did not even support him during the election but Wike put his life on the line for him.
However, since the peace deal was brokered, Fubara has refused to honor the agreements. How can a Governor refuse to work with the state lawmakers and LG chairmen?, how can you run governance alone?. That's the issue Wike has with Fubara.
Wike needs nothing from Fubara, he is the FCT minister, he has his own budget, he doesn't need Fubara to get money. When Fubara refused to pay the 27 lawmakers, Wike was responsible for their welfare. He was also carrying PDP until Makinde destroyed everything.
Wike's demands is simple, work with the lawmakers and chairmen, if you don't, you won't get a second term.. simple!. How can you ignore those who worked for your election and you dinning with the enemies of your godfather?.
I hope when the President comes back, he would talk to Fubara to honour his own side of the agreement otherwise, his second term is at risk.

Why did you need to post about an event that happened five days ago? Meanwhile, the driver was the only occupant of the vehicle. From the incident, it appears he was either sleeping or using his phone, because the space on the bridge passage is narrow and guarded. It’s hard to believe the vehicle could have entered that gap.

The central sitting area especially where the wings are , is the most dangerous place to be sitter on an aircraft.

Also, note that the aircraft disintegrated and split in several sections on impact with the tarmac.

The front end housing the crew might have disengaged from the main fuselage and that's why the cabin crew did not suffer much burns but died of blunt trauma .

If you truly read and absorbed what the retired major general said, you’ll realize that his claims are at least 90% true, if not 100%. For example, he described staying with the corpses in the morgue for hours to analyze how the incident unfolded, noting that those in the passenger seats were blown out while two pilots in the cockpit remained strapped to their seats with no signs of an explosion. So why would the cockpit not explode while the passenger side did, unless something suspicious occurred? With that in mind, do you have CCTV footage or any other video evidence to support this? By the way, my younger brother’s friend was one of the two pilots who died in the crash; he was due to be married a month before his death. As one that has military background, I can relate with what Retired Major said.

It wasn't an assassination but an air accident due to very bad weather, an inexperienced and young crew who had to divert to the civilian air strip in Kaduna from their intended NAF air field.

On getting to Kaduna, bad weather forced the crew to attempt a landing in the neighbouring Kaduna civilian airport.

The ATC in Kaduna had closed as the airport was operating only daylight due to terrorist attack that occurred a few months prior.

There was no ATC clearance as ATC had shut down by 6pm and there was no communication with the crew and ATC to ascertain the wind field on landing.

The crew landed in a cross wind field which flipped one of the wings of the aircraft and had it flip and crash on the tarmac.

The aircraft had departed Abuja with a full tank of fuel and was meant to convey the COAS to Kano the next morning for an occasion there and return him back to Abuja.

The cause of that crash were bad weather and an inexperienced crew.

The COAS was shelduled to have taken off to Kaduna earlier on that same day but due to his tight schedule ,the flight was postponed later in the evening.

Its not known if the crew were briefed adequately on the rapidly detiorating weather at their destination or if they (young officers in their early 30s) were afraid to tell the COAS of the need to delay or cancel the flight.

There were no traces of any explosive material on the wreckage.

If the CDS wanted to budge, when Wike called him, he could have ordered those boys to leave but he didn't, there is a reason why. As it stands today, only Tinubu as GCFR can order those soldiers to stand down and he won't.

There is already a failed coup, once it gets to the Barracks, that a Wike pre-empted an entry on the property of a former CNS, the discontent won't be funny, it will be double the trouble he presently has. So, the Tinubu I know will look away.
