Whether they stated it or not, the people who had first hand experience are telling you, learn. Most of the screenshot you see here are mine. My webcam was on, I was seeing myself while taking the first and second question. Once the webcam went off, it logged me and began to display some sort of errors here and there.
Shut up and learn. Assume you don’t know anything so you can gather enough information which will be useful for you. As far as this test is concerned and as far I have written before you, you don’t know anything, you are dumb. Be humble and learn from us.

I was aggressive because I don't like misleading information. Nothing was mentioned about Webcams in any way or form. Laptop and desktop were both recommended with the exception of phones. Furthermore, the other instruction clearly stated not to open another browser tab apart from the one carrying the test questions.

If your system does not have webcam you wouldn’t be able to write your test. Full stop! Whether it was stated or not, this is the reality. If you have not written, the test is suspended, but prepare, you must write the test with webcam. If you don’t have webcam on your system, go to nearby cafe to avoid stories that touch. Be warned!

All of us have past that stage. Wait for your interview (that’s if you are even shortlisted) and we wait for our screening and appointment letters. How hard is that to you?

Does “follow up with details” means “will?”
It is does not necessarily mean “will” that is the future. “Follow up” also means result of your past activity.

Follow up with details means they will follow you up with result/their decision based on the essay/interview you sent to them and other information you filled. They will give you feedback.

You still remain adamant. I don’t know what kind of a person you are. I have been asking you to screenshot the heading of the email yet you refused.
Someone up there reminded us that they even said on the job posting that only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. (I have confirmed that to be true. You can confirm that from your end)
The mail they sent to you does not have heading? Or you are deliberately ignoring it and choosing what you want. The essay is the interview my sister, full stop.

How did you know that there won't be interview read the message from head to toe u will understand better... you've passed the screening stage after application they have reviewed what u submitted already that's why Dy shortlisted people for next stage..

I have read the message more than you can think, even more than you maybe. I sent a follow up message to the email below the invite which they said if you have any inquiry or complain you should direct it there. I have made phone call for clarification and I have also made my conclusions based on the feedbacks and based on my experiences.

What if they give you appointment letter and later found out your credentials are fake? Just because you said online that you have M. Sc or B. Sc they should just dash out admission to you? Anyone can say that even someone who is still undergraduate, still school, or someone who forged his credentials, or even someone who never attended school at all, they can say.
Now, in the event this thing happen, how would they replace the person who faked/forged/lied about his credentials? That would be another huge task for them, so they wouldn’t want that to happen.
So screening must be physical.

You never submitted originals of your credentials to them. You can’t pass the screening stage until originals of your credentials are sighted and verified sometimes from the institutions you attended. Screening cannot be done online. It must be face to face. So you have not passed the screening stages.

I am a civil servant with kaduna state government.
I have passed most of these stages even before I got a job. The stage National Orthopedic hospital Jos sent to us is the interview stage.
The next stage is screening to confirm credentials.
I say this because the recruitment is supposed to be concluded this year 2024 and we barely have a month and week or two. They cannot conduct interview, spent minimum of two weeks call for screening again and spend another couple of weeks, send the names of successful candidates, call for documentation, all within the span of 6 weeks inside this year. That’s not possible.
So in order to reduce the stages which may take them to next year, the interview was made into an essay (if you have attend interviews you will know that the essay is a typical interview). After the essay will be screening, then appointment letters, then documentation.
Screening is a stage of its own which must be done before giving out appointment letters.
I say this out of experience I passed through.
I was employed first as a teacher and I passed through the stages, then I quit teaching and picked up work with Planning and Budget Commission, I also passed the stages. So at least, I have experience of patterns in recruitment processes. My experience may not be valid though but they provide a hindsight. So When I talk you should reason with me.

The essay itself is typical interview questions. Motivation, skills and experience. These are interview questions. The next stage should be screening and confirmation of credentials, experience and motivation. Then after that, appointment letters. This is how it went when we were employed in the state government.

The Medical Director, National Orthopaedic Hospital, North Central, Jos, Prof. Iche Onche, said on Wednesday that the hospital had secured approval to recruit 204 staff members. Onche disclosed this when the House of Representatives Committee on Specialty Healthcare visited the facility on oversight.
He said that the facility recently got approval from the National Establishment to recruit more workers.
Yeah I have seen this. What is the possibility of securing the job?
