I bought some few things abroad, and d seller sent me an account(Paypal) to pay into. I contacted a friend abroad that said he knows someone that can help me facilitate the transfer. We discussed and i asked my friend thorough question before sending...

"Are you sure i can trust this receiver?" He vouched for him and then i paid the receiver $700. He confirmed he received the money but then he said his paypal
Account was holding his funds so he cant pay me until they free him from withholding wahala.

He confirmed he received the money, but he can't take anything from his account. The funds was sold to me by a trusted freelancer so it wasn't stolen funds.

I have done virtual currency trades so many times online and this is the first time am hearing that i have to wait for paypal before i can get my money. I av already devised a means to get my boys to his (referrer)crib and hassle him to either pay me my money or force his so called picker to... But on a second thought, is the vendor nor supposed to pay me after receiving the money?

Do i need to wait till eternity even though he confirmed the payment ?
Please i need advise on this.
