I am going to the authorities. I'm fùcked anyways when it comes to my credit score and records of charge backs. Too many things have been done to my name already because of his fraudulent ways. Like cococandy said, what does keeping quiet do knowing that it all these charge back will catch up with me (some are already catching up with me)?

If I do time (which i doubt) for whatever offense the authorities say I commit, you can all agree with me that coogar will do time too, a lot more time.

If I can't get my money back, wherever I am, I'm satisfied that he's been punished for his crimes. A bunch of other girls will be satisfied too.

We received a report of him defrauding another girl somewher in the region of £10k

We know he goes about borrowing money from female nlers and threatening them whenever they request for their money back

When they tell you ya bank will crash like the Lehman brothers and with the right deets I can fix you anything - you know what time it is. My little cousins, nieces, nephews et al can detect naij things from afar.

You are from naij, how come you didn't know what is going on? Don't tell me you are naive - you can claim being madly in love as the reason and I will believe you. When someone keeps sending you card details loosely, that alone should tell you something is wrong, regardless if it is from an "accountant". So why didn't you tell him to stop? And who tells a naij person from a next country to pay for anything via card details, especially with something as personal as school fees?

I'm sure you know you're somewhat complicit in the act but ya holy grail is to report first - once you do that, you'll most likely be exonerated and this will be treated as a next naij chat room scam. And you're a lady so you should enjoy the privilege as well.

first all - thanks for the intelligent questions...

she's the one that caused the confusion. she said the fees needed to be paid urgently so she could collect her certificate. i was in the UK, the fastest way i could go about it was card payment. i tried moving money from naija but i got stuck cos i hadn't operated my naija account in aeons. anyways, i travelled to naija ASAP so she wouldn't blame me for not getting her certificate.

on getting to naija, she started calling me that she couldn't wait any longer and we should pay by any means. i told my accountant to make the payment. he did! as soon as he did, i told her the payment was complete. then she turned around to say they told her that morning that cash payment was the preferred method due to late charges. so i asked her to tell the school to reverse the payment so we can pay in cash. she never did till this day.



he's in birmingham! not in india.
i have a personal relationship with my accountant. i have known him for years and we do help each other out in any way we can.



it has gone beyond amicable resolution. let's go to court.
