TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Aquaman84: 7:01pm On Apr 01, 2018
@justwise thank you sir, I'll keep you and the house posted. I will start the application as soon as I'm paid for the month of April so it can reflect on my bank statement.
Concerning the cover letter, I'll type it, print it out and sign right?? With the cover letter I can give a very vivid explanation concerning my travelling and relationship with my girlfriend. Please is there anything else I need to provide? Or am I good?
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Aquaman84: 1:24pm On Apr 01, 2018
My budget is 300k to 400k concerning I only have to cover my flight ticket, accommodation and feeding is covered by my girlfriend.

I also wish to include a cover letter to explain vividly my intention getting to UK, also my new company has no website and our official email is a yahoo mail, is that a problem? Plus in my confirmation letter from my new company, it states my probation was reduced to 3months based on our negotiations and agreement. @justwise what do you think my senior brother?

@justwise

A quick one please, regardless I'm applying for UK visa end of April after my salary and documents gotten from my girlfriend who is a British citizen.
Information like,
01) Her wage slips.
02) Her bank statements for the last 6 months.
03) Her utility bills: gas, (if applicable) electricity, TV licence, (if applicable) telephone, (if applicable) (not mobile) water bill (if applicable).
04) Her tenancy agreement for the property she lives in, or Mortgage Statement if she's bought it.
05) Her letter of employment, or certificate of incorporation if she's self employed with a registered company.
06) Copy of her Passport Data Page.
07) Invitation letter / sponsorship information too
08) Travel itinerary.
09) Details of email / postal correspondence between both you and your girlfriend.

I'm submitting my bank statement starting from November to April, but I switched jobs in between, the fist 3months I was earning little over 100k, the latter 3months I was earning 300k, I've got employment letters, confirmations letters from both company and I've got a letter from my new company stating its awareness I am travelling. My balance should sum up to about 900k, I've gotten all this information which is,
1) Bank statements for last 6 months.
02) Letter of employment.
04) Passport valid for at least 6 months.
05) Letter of granted leave from your employer.
I also have pictures of me and my girlfriend when she was in Nigeria November and printed correspondents between us via WhatsApp from 1st November till now. We are both 33years old.
Please guys, am I on the right track??

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Aquaman84: 10:36pm On Feb 04, 2018
Thanks justwise, if I wanted to prove I have strong family ties how would I do that?? Apart from my job?? And concerning the money I got from selling my car, I could move that around so it don't seem like I just lodged the money in my account because I want to travel. Also I tort her applying from the UK on my behalf could be an advantage?

Thanks

TravelRe: Main Reasons Many Are Refused Visas by Aquaman84: 2:08pm On Feb 04, 2018
Thanks guys, that was the worst case scenario.
This is the complete story, I met a lady on Instagram April last year, so we struck up a friendship which lead to us chatting via phone calls and videos calls, we are age mates 33yrs old, she's a mom of two little girls which I video chat with, 3 days a week and she is still in the process of finalizing her divorce.

She visited me in Nigeria on October to see my family, she spent a week in Nigeria and traveled back to the UK.

So I decide I should see her family and stay with her for at least 3months so I know I'm not making a mistake, then we can proceed getting married.

I work with a one of the top 3 telecoms company in Nigeria and a full staff for 5years plus now, so she decided to apply for a visitors visa for me as her being my sponsor in the UK, according to her - she would apply there for me and I would be sent an appointment to go for the biometric and she would provide everything she is asked to, like her passport information, bank statement, place of work etc.

She has all she needs, but I worry that I may fall short in providing what I need to prove that I'll come back. So like I said earlier, this is my first time leaving Nigeria, I was born in Venezuela, its on my passport but I was a kid then.

So I can provide my employment letter,
Employment letter of confirmation,
Letter from my company stating they are informed about my travelling.
Now my bank statement, I earn little over 90k a month, but no savings ( I know, I'm dumb. Lol) so there is little or no money there. I sold my car last week and was paid 830k for it, so that's pretty much all I've got in my salary account. The embassy would need last six months of my statement, so I'm asking for any advice,
1) should I send the money out, and have it sent back to me piece by piece so account is busy even though its my salary account?
2) how do I prove my family ties here? Ive no idea on how to go about that?
This is the complete story, so guys please what can I do to ensure I have a good chance in getting this visa, please any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

Dear Vic, please I seriously need your advice.. Here's my story.
Hello Vic, please I have been dating my girlfriend for almost 8 months now, she is white, 33yrs (my age mate) and a UK citizen and we met face to face in October which we met my parents/ family and took some pictures and had a good time, though she only spent a week. She invited me to the UK on a sponsorship visa, she has a very good job and has passed all criteria needed to be provided. I worry becos it's my first time leaving the country, and I want to spend at least 2months with her on a 6 months visa. Please I'm the most clueless guy here and as humble as ever i ask for your advice, what I need to provide or get to make this successful. P.s I'm currently working but may b laid off April or earlier than that, but if I were to get the visa I'd have to resign to spend 2months with her. I need you to please set a guideline for me to follow or do so I get the visa. I was told earlier to provide proof of family ties? Please explain on that, I can get my salary account statement for the last 6months, but I can get the last 2/3 months of my saving account, got about 700k there, mayb a letter from my company and employment letter? Please i need your advice.. Thanks
