3 YOU MIGHT AS WELL FIND YOURSELF OUTSIDE OF RIVERS AND LAGOS IF THE NUMBER OF GRADUATES FROM YOUR SKUL PICKING BOTH STATES EXCEEDS THE QUOTA REQUIRED FOR BOTH STREAM I AND II
4 YOU COULD ALSO GET LAGOS IF THE NUMBER OF GRADUATES FROM YOUR SKUL WHO CHOOSES LAGOS ARE NOT MUCH

You welcome... Well from the criteria used for self deployment by NYSC, you are not allowed to choose your state of residence or the region where you schooled... Meaning you can only pick from a region were u have no affiliations though it may change and you still get Abuja cos its don randomly and NYSC can surprise you anytime DTOBs please shed more light.
