I have 50 units of various Dell Latitude laptops within the range of (D400, D510, D610, D620, D630 and D800). These Laptops are currently in the States going through refurbishing, and should be in Nigeria by the end of January 2011.

The specifications are Intel P4 Single Core and Dual Core Processors with a speed of between 1.4Ghz to 2.2Ghz, Memory between 512Mb and 2Gig. Hard Drive are also between 40G to 80G, with either a CDRW, DVDRW, DVD/CDRW, and they all have built in Wireless capability.

Asking 33,000K for bulk buyers to clear everything, and 35,000K for P4 Single Core, 1.4Ghz thruogh 1.7Ghz with 512Mb of Memory, and 37,000K for P4 Dual Core, 1,8Ghz thruogh 2.2Ghz with 1Gig Memory for individual buyers.

Nissan/Infiniti are prone and very notorious for emission issues especially when they get older. Depending on why the vehicle failed inspection, it MIGHT not be anything to worry about. In the US, you will be required to repair the problem before it can be registered.

Emission failure can be due to various reasons like plugged Catalytic Converter, Bad O2 Sensor, Injector issues, Air Flow meter and the list goes on. The car will emit more exhaust than necessary.

Sometimes IT IS POSSIBLE that the vehicle consume more petrol than necessary but not always. Its hard to tell unless i see the emission report.

It will be safe to assume that the problem was addressed during the last registration but that doesn't mean it won't come back. As we have see it here return several times.

The mileage is consistent. It recorded 85k miles in 2007 and its recording 98k now. It would have been a rollback if it was recording 98k in 2007 and 85k now.

You have done all the due diligence that's necessary. I will say go ahead with your buy and have a Merry Xmas

It's great you are providing this service, and I am assuming free of charge, hence my complements to you, but when your opinoin is requested, and you do provide one, please do elaborate further.

Sure you did state some reasons why a vehicle might fail inspection here in the States, but unfortunately, you left out the most obvious which could be a minor burned out light bulb related issue, or a windshield wiper thread having worn out.

To you and I that live over here in the States, failing an inspection may or may not be a major issue depending on the reason of such failure, but to somebody else who lives in Nigeria, who is not very familiar with these issues may not really understand why, and to top it all, some of the reasons you gave, even though are correct could be interpreted as a major issue, hence the failure.

Keep up the good work, and my response is not to berate you in any way.
