I suppose that's where you input your Olevel results, Subjects I should be for a particular exam (say WASSCE) then Subjects II should be for another exam body (say NECO).
Sample
Subjects I

Exam type: WASSCE
Exaam type year: 2016

Then you input your subjects and the corresponding grades. As you input, more columns will be provided for you to fill in your subjects and grades.

*If you are using two results, then you have to fill both SUBJECTS I and SUBJECTS II.
Make sure to indicate the EXAM TYPE AND YEAR.
Example. Subjects I should be for WASSCE
Subjects II should be for NECO
The whole registration process should be done carefully to avoid mistakes, because you can't change anything after submitting your application.

With regard to the rumors circulating the internet about an ongoing online screening procedures for university of maiduguri is a total fake and baseless.
To confirm the story I called a member of the Senate committee of the University, and the coordinator e-exams unimaid, and also member of the screening panel of the University (Dr Jamilu Mu'azu) and he denied the rumors as baseless and unsubstantiated, that the Senate committee on admission hasn't decided on any procedures of screening new students...

With this therefore, all students are advised to ignore all information circulating on that subject matter...

Unimaid always conducts post admission screening exercise and not pre-admission screening exercise...

If anything changes within the few span of days, we will notify everyone in am orderly manner...

No idea. It seems to me that there may not be any screening because normally UNIMAID doesn't vonduct putme, so now that there's no putme nationwide, I think they'll stick to the normal way they offer admission. But if there's any news about it, it'll be made known here.
