The increasing rate of destruction of lives and properties in the south-east by IPOB/ECN is getting out of hand. It is high time elders in this region rise to save the south-east from immenent collapse which is bedevilling the north already. Young men that are ought to be used as agents of change and development have lives cut short by security operatives on daily basis due to baseless mission. 1 Like |

Well, this is a good development but it should be well monitored for even distribution and unnecessary diversion by the officials. Doing this then we are gradually actualizing prison/correntional centre reform. |
