The building plan with it's open plan kitchen and windowless toilet is a big no for Nigeria while the amount is too small for the project,if the location is Lagos with it's swampy soils, the foundation alone would take almost all the money.

I am not a building engineer. But I doubt if the amount can buy the blocks, the cement, the rods, and the roofing materials needed for this house and settle labour.
