I am facing this same issue for months now. are you saying your new profile work when they delete the old one. because anytime i contact support they dont seems to understand the situation and keep telling me to wait.

Wow... That issue is a very serious matter.... You will need to talk to the supporting desk to help you delete the existing profile so that you can create a fresh profile and finalise the stuff because if you keep on waiting till the profile is active.. it will take years to be done. It happened to me since Sept. 2024 and I was able to solve it around Dec. Not until I told them to help me delete the account. Although it was a profile for two applicants.

I missed the user activation email from usvisaappt that was sent for account activation and link already expired.

After reaching out all they keep telling me is to change password and wait for 48hrs.

It's over a month now and still getting same error. User is inactive.

I don't know if I should create a new profile and submit a ticket for this.


Initial date of interview is March,2025. I am worried they can change the date and move it closer.

but there are some scammers we've called out here with proof and all that but you seem to be giving them special treatment and didn't bother to add them to scam list. They're gaining the favourism cuz Y'all are probably in same mutual whatsapp group or sumn. It's not fair buddy. We can do better.
