Gov Okpebholo needs to engage and empower the Edo Vigilante. Apart from the military, they are the security agency who have shown to be very effective in curbing crimes in the State. Also, a strong liaison with military commands in the State is very crucial.

In this era of technological advancement, revenue and tax collection has to be done through automated, effective and coordinated methods, with no need of various groups killing themselves over 'collection of revenues on behalf of the State'.

Now back to the 'billion naira' question: Moving forward, how does the State leadership intend to engage the lions and tigers post-election?
