And No, we are specifically asking for a teenager who lives close and still stays with her parents. No body is bringing anybody from the village to enslave her

All she will do sincerely is arrange very little babies accessories out (within 20minutes) by 9am and then moved then in by 5pm. She will sit comfortably all through and attend to customers when necessary.

Eventhough I don't need to explain this much. I think I owe other people who may see this as enslavement a more detailed explanation.

It's a job for a teenager please, no need for crashing out.

Sales-girl are paid 15k in this locality, kindly make your own findings.

While I understand we can all do better, private school teachers who went to university for 4years are paid 50k or less in this same locality.

Reality is cruel, but trust me....I or my family members are the best employers of labour anybody will work with. I needed to add that, eventhough I have absolutely nothing to prove to you.

The last teenager who worked for my mom in this particular shop, got an android phone she didn't return and daily meals before she got admission. I appreciate your input, but we pay above the minimum wage according to locality and the way we pamper our own salesgirls have even been criticized my other businesses around. We can only hope to do better.
