If anything, APC's showing in Bayelsa should worry Wike and PDP in Rivers. APC is far more entrenched in Rivers and it is far bigger than Bayelsa. GEJ factor in Bayelsa is far less a factor in Rivers where Amaechi has gotten the upper hand over all his enemies.

I really expect APC to win Rivers by a wide margin.

APC is more likely to win River state.
APC loss in Bayelsa because of Timipreye Silva is not loved in Bayelsa. Despite that, there was a strong competition. Silva is too greedy. He should have allowes Alaibe to be APC candidate. His greed did not allow him.

Also APC national body did not give Silva full support. Even Buhari did not give Silva full Support.

But in rivers state, it will be a different story.
The Riverine people will not vote PDP. Only Ikwerre and Upland can not continue to rule rivers state.

Again wike is known to promote cultism and thuggery in rivers state. Making business to be fleeing rivers. Many people will vote Dakuku because of better security to live and property

APC national body will give dakuku 100% support.

Again Dickson was a sittinh governor during d election. In d case of Rivers state, wike will be an ordinary person during d election. He wont have absolute control of state machinery. Even d PDP acting governor may de camp during d election.
