Thank God for threads like this where the OP is ousted for being shady. Initially, you stated 1.5 to 1.8 mill as value of land, when questioned you agreed to being ignorant of the actual value but you put the price up the first time. Last last you settled for 1 to 1.2 mill but someone else says the actual price should be btw 600k to 800k. Btw, what kind of tokunbo or newly registered will you be getting for kind of price. Everything about this deal seems way off. Interested buyers should thread carefully. My 2 Kobo.

Please kindly read through the tread, the initial value (N1.5M to N1.8M) was quoted by the owner of the plot as I was not physical on ground in Abuja during the period. But immediately Uboma rebuked the price of being overvalued I responded that I will do my private investigation as soon I arrived in Abuja that week. And that was what happened. I have never and will never involve myself in any shabby deal. As I have my integrity to protect anyday, anytime.

See the below quote again;

This land is not for direct sales but in exchange for an automatic, factory fitted a/c car.

You shouldn't believe everything you hear. Do your own research and be professional in your dealings.

See how this thread is about to soil your reputation.

Again, the plot of land in question is not worth the amount you earlier stated.
