I still believe every Nigerian has a right to live wherever a chooses. This whole idea of giving people notice to vacate makes no sense. And truly speaking, a society that aspires to grow should actively seek settlers from everywhere to invest in thier community. Did BH not exist before GEJ? Pls correct me if am wrong.
