1. With a poor result don't even dream of changing except your gp is 4.0 and above.

2. If you have a good result your department will be very reluctant to release you to other departments plus your HOD and Dean really don't have that time for such issue unless you keep pestering them.It will be much easier if you have any of higher rank to help out and make it faster. instead of begging for what you kindof deserve.
