Terms and conditions for Copart, iaai, Manheim and Adesa Purchase

1. All clients will be required to pay a security deposit of $600 before commencing the bidding. Reason: If we bid and win but you decide to back out, it will make up for whatever fine that will be placed by the auction. Note that the security deposit is part of the total amount to be paid after a bid is won.

2. Vehicle will be delivered at the Port within 48 working hours after confirmation of payment by the auction.

3. Our charges are as follows:

Auction Fee (plus or minus) : $400

Ground Trucking (Depending on location) : $300- $500

Ocean Shipping: $1385

Our Service Charge: $565 and 7.5% for cars above $8500

4. We do not get involve in the clearing process except on request. However, there are few exceptions.

5. Clients take responsibility of storage fee for late payment.

6. We don't give out hard copy bill of lading and clients undertake all fees relating to telex release and print at destination.

7. We won't take responsibility for delays as a result of title unavailability at the point of pick up from the auction.

8. All related charges and storage cost resulting from clause (7) while title is being awaited will be borne by the client.

9. Delay in redelivery to the port as a result of rejection due to vehicle's condition may not happen within 48hours and all incurred costs including storage, redelivery fee will be passed to the client.
10. Any request for refund will lead to forfeiture of 40% of the amount deposited. So, ensure you have made up your mind before engaging us.
