Lmao you guys don’t understand lol. People will receive reject mail in mass if they fail to meet shell’s criteria in the VJT.

Those that pass the VJT, will have their ODVI transcribed and graded by the AI (words used and sense of it). If you fail here, reject mail is sent.

Those that pass that will then have their video assessed by a human being in ModernHire (Assessors). They need to confirm what the AI has done and choose the best of the videos. Those that fail are sent reject mail.

Those that passed are then sent mail for the next stage.

Hope you see how it works now. It is done due to the number of applications they received l. Nobody will sit to watch thousands of videos

I don't think our set is pre-assessment/documentation because the mail said pre-screening stage and not pre-assessment.

After the speed test, another aptitude test has since been done and people have started getting invitation for pre-screening exercise. And yes, it's Alternative Bank not Sterling Bank as it is now a stand alone bank

Because I can't find a "next" button or "save" button. I am only seeing 1/3 at the upper right corner of the screen, but no button to proceed to the next question.
Someone should help me out please. How do I proceed to the second question after recording a video for the first question?

I don't know why people come here and ask for clues,the assessment is simple ,those people who have worked like a team in their previous work experiences will find this easy

Note:don't bother yourself paying anyone money to do online practice,it's simple and just have to be yourself in answering questions,make sure you have a previous experience working on a project it will help
