So many Naija girls are trite and lacks originality. They always try to imitate what others do, especially their Western counterparts. It has even become strenuous to have a verbal conversation with a Nigerian girl without her forming some funny accents, sounding like clowns. Yes, anyone who tries to form Brit/American accent only ends up sounding like idiots. You can never have British accent unless you were born or spend your formative years here.

The worse now is that no one wants to bear their first names anymore. We no longer hear Temi, Nneka, Halima which delineate our roots and heritage. It's now funny foreign names, we will never emancipate ourselves from neo-colonial mentality.
