Some universities still exempt Nigeria from there english whatever. While some will subject you to english test when you get here and some will not admit you without english this is for undergraduate. But for graduate some demand your school write a letter stating that you were instructed in english during your undergraduate so i think it all bulges down to the school's requirement

As regards the Gmat, most management courses like accounting, hr, Mba even IT that has a slight intersection with management requires Gmat.

Do I need any english test at all? Since nigeria is part of those countries exempted from the english test compulsory cuntries!
2) Do I also need the SAT or Gmat! I think I need just my undergraduate cert and transcript
