What brought about the coup of 1966? mind you the thing that brought about the coup is the same thing ravaging Nigeria today and it was brought back by the buhari you Yoruba puppets assisted in bringing upon Nigeria. What about the Yorubas and other tribes among the coup? Yorubas have always been saboteurs and betrayers though so no surprise. |

EmmyMaestro: Leverkusen star, Victor Boniface resorts to manual labour due to ‘delayed pay’
Super Eagles and Bayer Leverkusen forward, Victor Boniface, has left Nigerians reeling with laughter on social media after he started doing manual labour.
He jokingly stated that the Bundesliga club was yet to pay him his salary this month, so he had to go to the site and hustle for his ‘urgent 2k’.
Boniface shared a photo of himself clearing the leaves at a location abroad while dressed as a labourer.
The 23-year-old footballer captioned the post; “As levekusen never drop raba. Me don enter site go hustle for my urgent 2k.” probably working in his house. |

Wisdomkosi: OPINION : Four Reasons You Should Think Before Joining The Nationwide Protest
By Wisdom Nwedene
Ahead of the planned nationwide protest scheduled to kick off on August 1st, 2024, I strongly believe that Nigerian Youth should think twice before joining the protest.
Though, there are genuine reasons for the protest but I have four strong reasons which made me to believe that this protest is not in the best interest of the country at the moment.
Below are my reasons
1. The organisers Of The Protest Are Faceless Individuals : It's crystal clear that those organising this protest are not known till now. I recommend that this type of protest should have leaders that should be calling the shots in case things go wrong. In a protest where everyone is a leader, many things can happen. The organisers should be at the forefront, leading the protesters and controlling the crowd so that things won't go wrong.
2. Thugs Can Hijack The Protest: It's very difficult to organise a peaceful protest in a country battling with bandits, criminals, hoodlums and expect things to go fine.
3. It's Still Early To Judge Tinubu’s Government : I still believe that it's too early to judge Tinubu’s Administration by leading this type of heavy protest against him. Despite that his policies are too harsh, Tinubu still needs time to address issues and bad policies of previous administrations.
4 All of us can still remember what happened during the EndSARS protest. Many lives were lost and property worth billions of Naira destroyed. How sure are we that this Nationwide won't degenerate to what happened during EndSARS protest? I think we should think twice. We can't afford to lose more lives and our national assets destroyed again just like what is happening in Kenya.

Politics › Re: Mohammed Idris: Tinubu Not Opponent Of Protest But Violence by babajero(m): 6:39am On Jul 25, 2024 |
Salewa97: Tinubu is right.
Protests are a fundamental right, but violence is a no-go area. We need to ensure that our democracy thrives without descending into chaos. The focus should be on constructive dialogue, not chaos. Let’s keep the peace while addressing our issues! Who turns it violent is it not the government itself? When you send armed men to go attack unarmed civilians what else do you expect? No protest in Nigeria is violent because non of the protesters came out from their houses with a gun nor a cutlass, the government is always the violent and incultured one. |

This politics is a give and take matter.
If Tinubu can only deliver in Government 10% of his mastery of Politics, even his political adversaries will hail him as Igwe, and banish any of their sons who dare to oppose him. if only nepotism and tribalism will let you see. |

It is just a suggestion, some people are quoting me and talking like they will soon die because of the matter. 🤣🤣🤣
Somebody will make N100m+ with your IP then gift you N2m and you will be grateful. You are a damn fool. Mr sense, he didn't remix the man's song he only danced to it, which he is free to do. |
