Hello guys,

I created a thread on nairaland some weeks ago where i asked second class lower graduates who have made it to share their success stories. My idea was to write a blog post that was meant to inspire 2:2 graduates who are feeling down.

The thread opened my eyes to a lot of things and i decided to do more than just a blog post, I went ahead to create a website called Twotwo.

Twotwo was created to do three things.

1. Help eliminate minimum of 2:1 as a requirement (There is a petition to this effect on change.org)
2. Share success stories of second class lower graduates who have made it. ( To inspire and motivate second class lower graduates )
3. Share job vacancies second class lower graduates can actually apply for ( All the job vacancies on Twotwo do not have minimum of 2:1 as a requirement ).

Good evening,

I graduated with a second class lower division 7 years ago and trust me it wasn't easy. Most of the job adverts in Multinational companies were for first class and second class upper division graduates only.

I had to work in a start up to learn the ropes while I studied for my masters degree. The two things that kept me going were God's mercies and the fact that I knew I'm not a dullard. I might not be a first class material but I narrowly missed upper division because some lecturers decided to punish me with missing grades on three occasions.

Long story short, I'm now in a better place and the people I have met and my achievements both in Nigeria and abroad, I sometimes feel like I'm dreaming.

However, please do what you can to get good grades in school. My brother made a first class and was immediately recruited to one of the big four. Then again, what sets you apart is what's within.

@op I bet your brain feels as good as new cuz it seems you have never used it. Graduating with 2:2 doesn't mean you are dumb. Sometimes it's just lecturers frustrating you or one thing or the other.

Not here to rubbish ur work/site but the truth its not detecting anything... i actually composed an invite message myself and i got a pop up of 'Likely a genuine invite'

Thank you for using it. the app was built to detect fake invites, it is not 100% accurate in terms of detecting genuine invites yet, hence the likely a genuine invite. For an invite that the app is 100% sure of, you won't see the "likely" there.
