I was called for PSB interview but nothing yet from them self not even employment form self... Hopefully they won't letter send regret mail sha or this coming month we too will receive employment letter ... Abi has anyone received any... I just tire for airtel

Were you asked what you earned in your last job during the first interview?

Bro there is no exact range, but from the form I filled, they wont pay you lower than your former salary.

For experienced hires, pay is based on your negotiation with them. I got feedback from them this week discussing salary, allowances, etc. Whatever the case might be; Airtel pays above-average remuneration packages.

The first one was with members of airtel staff from different departments, this one was with heads of business, CFO and the likes.

So the first one wasn't with airtel executive.. It was with getqualified right?

I went for their interview too yesterday, it went well.. Hopefully we get called soon

I did. I wasnt called for the early career interview after the 2nd stage but they decided to invite me over for another senior position with them. Interview went well with a 3 man panel. Please let's keep ourselves updated on any feedbacks.
