Anything wey dem like make dem do jare. I sha know say one day we go resume. Some one is even telling me that- exams starting on April 3rd does not mean we will be given holiday as exams(for electives) will actually start a week before. Pesin just dey hear diff rumours.

@Babysmart,try changing the year to 2014. Me sef think say omole wan cast me before ni,when I checked my name and I saw "Your name is not on OAU's admission pass list. But after changing the year from 2015 to 2014,I eventually saw my name. So maybe you should try that.

Babysmart,are you seeing this? . You better go and start fashion designing coz after this break,there will be post election violence and we will be given another 7 weeks break .

But Mr fedundiran,I think exams will actually start on April 3rd coz someone just told me today that English dept just released their timetable and April 3rd is the first day of exams on their T-table. That means we will be given 2 weeks hols which is actually 1 week coz I don't think we will be given lecture free week again after the break.

Abeg I might not get it 100% perfect o, I no be calabar and I lernt this from my calabar neighbor many years ago so manage me.....
Ingredients for Ekpang Nkukwo.
Cocoyam/wateryam.
cocoyam leave
Meat
Stock
Hot water
Dried fish
Crayfish
Prawns
Pepper
Maggi
Onions
Periwinkle
Scent leaf.
Peal, wash, and grate your cocoyam/wateryam. Season and boil your meat to get your stock,
Cook the shelled periwinkle for about 10 minutes in salted water and wash well. Add palm oil
To the cocoyam and wateryam mixture, add Maggi and salt. Mix properly with your fingertips.
Use the leaves to make small wraps with the cocoyam and wateryam starting from one tip of the leaf to the other end. Make wraps until all the mixture is finished. Boil water, put the ekpang on fire and add the water and steam. Add the meat, dried fish and stockfish. Add the crayfish, pepper, onions, maggi cubes. Add the stock and allow to cook for on medium heat. Add the prawn's, remaining palm oil, scent leaf and salt to taste. Stir and slightly mash or just cut through with a knife. If it still isn't properly cooked, add a little more water and allow to cook further on low heat.
Please my calabar peeps correct me where I'm wrong, I'm willing to learn too.

Baking soda literally contains only baking soda. Baking powder has baking soda as one of its ingredients among others.

Whoa...please, do not use lime juice alone. Its juice is too acidic for the delicate skin of the face. The resulting effect is soreness and tender skin. Consider diluting it with water and letting it stay on only for a very short while. Also, lime juice works as a CLEANSER not a scrub. Anything used as a scrub usually contains small granules that literally scrub the skin.

A quicker and less complicated option I discovered for homemade facial scrub is BAKING SODA Lol. I know it may sound pretty unusual. But it is edible and made from natural salts and safe for the skin...which, to me, is a pass. I've been using this easier alternative for a month now. The baking soda I got came in a bottle and was sold at #150 which is ridiculously cheap compared to commercial facial scrubs.

How to;
Start with a cleansed face.
Pour a little amount of baking soda on your palm and wet it with some water.
Apply on your face. You may choose to scrub your face using your fingertips or a clean makeup pad.
Once your face is evenly scrubbed, rinse.
Apply a moisturizer.
....and you're done.

It's faster and simpler than my previous alternative and it's easy on your pocket too

Note:
One notable advantage of lime juice is that because of its high acidic content, it works great in drying out pimples. Apply a little bit of lime juice using a cotton bud (for easy application) or cotton wool only on the pimples at morning and before bed. You'll be surprised and impressed by how quickly they'll be gone
