Timing of the food could be first thing early in the morning, then very very late at night.
Portion am talking of super heavy plate.
Daravit is a super packed multivitamins, like really super packed, the average multivitamin has 500 mg of vitamin D but daravit has 10000mg of vitamin D and lots more. its a super drug. haha
