So let's enjoy the good road construction first, let the student drink sachet water for now, once we make enough money on road construction because all of you don't know the cost of asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete, but most of you own a borehole and you did it for 500k depending on the area. So, once we made enough money for the next election from road construction and repair of old buildings, then we will give you water and food.

This one own na to dey do rosd , bridge, flyover, conference centers, government lodges etc. Good though, but there's more to building, construction, something that that speaks better value than the above mentioned is empowering the youth, people in general. I think government should prioritize more in job creation, empowerment and a friendly environment for business more. Because without a healthy and working people, the nation crumble even with all the infrastructures that sometimes make no sense to them

You see if you go into management of properties you will find out that as at now agents are needed to a large extent, where I live presently the owner of the house can't even remember the road to the house, it is the agent that helps him manage it for about 15 years now, he has various properties, which means he might not have the time to go about the management, secondly not all landlords might be educated enough or know the land and tenement laws of the place they built their house, the agent will help him with all that...

So there you have it, it is a job that people have to get paid for, if as a landlord and you can do it, good, if you can't then get an agent(a good one).

I think he should have passed a law stating that no agent fee should be more than 10% and if it goes above that then it will be 1 or 2 years in prison or with a fine totaling the amount of the rent paid for the agent involved, and the law should mandate every agent to provide the contact of the landlord to the tenant to confirm every agreement and money paid so there is no cheating, at any point any agent fails to comply with any of the above then the law will take its course on the agent.

Additionally the agent will bear all legal fees should he be dragged to court and found guilty except otherwise, I believe that way the transparency will improve because banning them might only cause more problems especially with the state of the country under Tinubu.

1. Nigeria has never been a tourist hub. Ask yourself. How many foreigners, on their own decide to take trips to nigeria, this is excluding foreigners who were either influenced due to their relationships with nigerians.

2. Trade between cou tries is very limited by air. Most trades are actually done by sea.

I've been inside metro trains all over the world.

But Lagos city metro trains are a different class.

Extremely clean inside.

Back when they were still building this project, many predicted that the whole thing would be ruined by dirty Lagosians packing their market wares and all this funny stuff into the train.

Some said people would even carry their goats and hens that they're selling into the trains etc.

But the network has been up for some years now, and expanding with new lines, yet, with no sign of such deterioration.

In fact the opposite is the case.

In cleanliness, Lagos trains and train stations surpass what you'll see in London, New York and all these places.

I think we underestimate ourselves too much in this country.
