Mount was offered £170k under Abramovic 2 years go, he rejected it to play a game of brinkmanship. He has lost £10m by not signing that contract and wants to recover it with his next contract. He can recover it elsewhere. £170k is about the maximum he can get. It's Sterling and Lukaku contracts that gave these guys long throat
