In as much I’m not in support of such babaric killing, but the fact still needs to be told. Since the criminals called herdsmen/hunters had been entering people’s farms, destroying their farm produce and even killing them, how many of the affected farmers get compensated?

It’s not impossible. I think it’s due to stress. Possibly you have been overworking yourself and you need to relax and take things easy.

Lastly, I saw this local precautionary alternative against stroke which I think you can as well try. Get a piece of alligator pepper, open it up and remove all the seeds inside it in a plate. Take your time to remove all the chaffs for you only need the clean seed. Get a piece of banana or ripe plantain, peel the skin of the banana/plantain and dip the edible portion into the seeds and eat it. Continue to use the banana/plantain to take the seeds until you finish all the seeds.. You only need to do this at least once in a lifetime or as you wish (probably monthly or year if you wish).
