Get a piece of banana or ripe plantain, peel the skin of the banana/plantain and dip the edible portion into the seeds and eat it. Continue to use the banana/plantain to take the seeds until you finish all the seeds.. You only need to do this at least once in a lifetime or as you wish (probably monthly or year if you wish).
