Examples:
4GB RAM with 128 ROM is a scam on many phones because most of such phones will hang if 98% of the ROM is used.

A phone with 4GB RAM will have 128 ROM and still have a space for a memory card. This is a big scam because the 4GB RAM cannot even carry the 128 ROM talk more of carrying an additional memory card on most, if not all, of such phones.
