✔️ The actual portal is free, but you’ll still need to sort out things like: – Medical report (for medical reasons): ₦3k–₦10k depending on where you go
– Printing/scanning/NIN linking
– And of course, the wait time after application can be confusing if you’re not familiar with the steps.

For anyone going DIY, it’s doable but a bit technical — especially if you're dealing with Lagos or Abuja offices.

That’s why I put together a detailed walk-through guide that simplifies the whole process (from the online application down to the follow-up steps and red flags to avoid).
