most people buy lands at a very expensive rates instead of investing on lands that has no survey plan or to re-survey it. In this process, you use a little amount of money to get more acres of land and you get over 100% profit now and in the future to come. Most surveyors won't explain these secrets in details because of greediness, but we will explain all to you for better understanding and to know what the deal is all about. You know all the details and there is every assurance when you get to Alausa you could find the Red copy there. In sponsorship deal, a family has a land that is up to 200acres for instance, you are getting one plot from every acre been surveyed, and you must know how much lands are worth in that area also. Imagine you getting like 50 plots on 50 acres of land you sponsored the survey and you invested like 6million naira on Owo Iwoko(Money for the Family) and the surveyor to process the work and launching of the Red Copy at Alausa and for him to clear the whole land. After all these,calculate the money invested and the worth of the 50 plots you have. You can now see that to invest in lands for sponsorship is more profitable than buying at a huge amount. A land at Ogidan located at lekki epe express way, lekki was sponsored sometimes ago by a sponsor for about 4million for 70 acres. Now a plot in Ogidan costs 3.5m and imagine you have just 40 plots, the money is 140million naira. Note: a little secret you should know: After sponsoring a land, the best way is for you to re survey it to your own name and not the same name with the family because they have given you your portion. But many people don't know and that is why they keep having problem with Family e.t.c. But we will always advice our client to re survey it and the Red copy will be at alausa also for record purpose. There are (2) ways to get more lands from the family. 1. to Survey 2. To sponsor the Gazette.( In this second part, the gazette is always negotiable inform of you get some plots from their own land and you do the gazette that will cover the whole lands also.) Many people are land owners in Lagos here through this sponsorship deal and they keep this big secret to themselves. It is a very good deal.
